Not only did they go above and beyond to assist me when I sprained my leg, but they also helped me buy painkillers and provided an ice pack and warmer. The location is jaw-droppingly perfect, with multiple shops nearby. Despite being a 4-star hotel, it has a quaint and cozy vibe. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, and the staff were responsive and quick. The 24-hour check-in and out is a game-changer, especially for solo travelers or businessmen. The hotel is relatively new, and everything was clean and comfortable. The well-designed rooms made the most of the space, and the painting on the roller blinds was a nice touch. Mr. Vinh at the front desk was incredibly helpful. The facilities, such as the fitness center and the mini store, were top-notch. The free Wi-Fi in rooms and amenities like valet parking and luggage storage added to the convenience. The 24-hour reception and security provided a sense of safety. The bar/lounge and restaurant were perfect spots to unwind. The snack bar and coffee shop were lifelines for a quick bite.
